The reservation request must be confirmed later by phone call or email by our Customer Service Department.

  • We will be grateful, for a better organization of the service, to respect the time slot chosen for entry and exit. These hours could be modified depending on the evolution of the service.
  • Specifications / Trends of shifts to choose:
    -1er turno: The client can appear a few minutes before the time of entry of the shift to be attended. In this option, the client is more sure of being able to start developing the service at the indicated time.

    With the possibility of promotion. Save up to 30%. Indicate in your preferences, for this first shift if you want an outdoor terrace.
    -2nd and 3rd shift: Although punctuality is required by all diners, some flexibility may be required if reception takes a few minutes. The termination of previous clients must be reconciled with the reorganization and sanitation services of the dining room.
    -Last shift of service: There is a greater probability that the client can enjoy a more relaxed and prolonged after-dinner, with less probability that another table has been assigned with posterity or some requirement, and that it allows the client to enjoy more time than the 90 minutes established approx in the shifts .

    -Sin turno: Although prior booking via the web is especially recommended for better organization on busy days, the customer may also have the option to be served, without choosing a shift previously, on the same day by going directly to the restaurant. Our colleagues from Customer Service will inform you when the first table may be available.
    -Please note: The previously established and programmed time slots of approx. 90 min are calculated according to the analyzed average time of permanence of the clients in the restaurant. If the situation allows it, and with prior knowledge, other shifts or time slots may be adapted depending on the needs.
  • Review our data protection policy.
    For greater security, satisfaction of service and stay, we will be grateful for the follow-up of the established regulations, as well as the Reservations Policy and Right of Admission.
    -If the Client does not show up at the agreed time / time slot, Casa Marieta reserves the right to cancel the reservation that had been previously confirmed.
    -If there is no prior different agreement, the reservation request is estimated for the interior dining rooms, although if availability is required, it could be awarded in the outdoor terrace dining room (equipped with parasols and infrared lights with radiant light emission heating effect, for winter seasons).
    -The reservation would be made effective at the time all diners appear.
