RESERVATION REQUEST

The reservation request must be confirmed later by phone call or email by our Customer Service Department.

  • * We will appreciate, for a better organization of the service, respect the chosen time slot of entry and exit. These hours could be modified depending on the evolution of the service.
  • Specifications / Trends of shifts to choose:
    -1st shift: The client can appear a few minutes before the time of entry of the shift to be attended. In this option, the client has more security of being able to start the development of the service at the indicated time.
    -2nd and 3rd shift: Although punctuality is required from all diners, some flexibility may be required if reception takes a few minutes. The completion of previous clients must be reconciled with the dining room reorganization and sanitation services
    -Last shift of service. There is a greater probability that the client can enjoy a more relaxed and long table, with less probability of having assigned another table with posterity or some requirement, and that allows the client to enjoy more time than the 90 minutes established in the shifts.
    Please note:The previously established and programmed slots of approximately 90 min, are calculated according to the analyzed average stay time of customers in the restaurant. If the situation allows it, and with prior knowledge, other shifts or time slots may be adapted depending on the needs.
    Between shift changes, our service will apply the planned organization, hygiene and cleaning directives, to provide the client with greater confidence and security in the service.
    No Turn. The client may have the option to be attended also, without choosing a shift previously, the same day by presenting directly to the restaurant. Our colleagues in Customer Service will inform you when the first table may be available. It is especially recommended by prior reservation via web for better organization on busy days.
  • Review our data protection policy.
    For greater security, satisfaction of service and stay, we would appreciate the follow-up of the regulations set forth, as well as the Reservations and Admission Right Policy.
    -If the Client does not show up at the agreed time / time slot, Casa Marieta reserves the right to cancel the reservation that had been previously confirmed.
    -In the absence of a different prior agreement, reservation requests are estimated for the interior dining rooms, although if availability were required, it could be awarded in the dining room on the outdoor terrace (equipped with parasols and infrared lights with radiant light emission, heating effect, for winter times).
    -The reservation can be made effective at the time all diners appear.
