It is a seasonal and market cuisine, with an extensive menu that allows you to choose from a wide selection of dishes and daily suggestions, among them, classics such as Duck with Pears, Salt Cod with Soft Garlic Mousseline, Roast Shoulder of Lamb with Greens, Cuttlefish with Green Peas or the Catalan Cream (Crème Brulée) and the Xuixo of Girona.
